The most economical way to move your motorcycle from one location to the other is to ride it. However, if you are a dealer who wants to ship a bike, or if you’re going out of state for a competition or rally, transporting it may be your only option.
eShip provides owners and dealers with a professional motorcycle transportation service. We go the extra mile to ensure on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.

Enclosed Motorcycle Transport
Enclosed transport is the high-value alternative to open motorcycle transport. This service includes transportation on a covered towed vehicle to ensure the protection of your motorcycle from the conditions on the road.
We offer two types of enclosed transport, namely:
- Hard side with hydraulic lift and
- Soft side with a regular ramp
Hard side transportation with a hydraulic lift offers optimal protection against water, wind, and the build-up of grime and debris on the motorcycle surface and in its components. This transportation method also includes the use of a hydraulic lift when loading and unloading a motorcycle, which eliminates the risk of damage to the vehicle.
Most clients request this type of enclosed transport as it eliminates most risks associated with long-distance hauling. Hard side with hydraulic lift transportation is also the method we recommend at eShip, especially if you are shipping new motorcycles as a dealership.
If you select soft side transportation with a regular ramp, tarps are the only covering that protects your motorcycle. Because the tarps have holes in them, it only protects the bike to an extent. The tarps don’t provide complete protection against the accumulation of grime and dirt on motorcycles.
A drawback of soft-side transportation is that it doesn’t include the use of a hydraulic lift – only a ramp. While loading and loading are safe, it doesn’t provide the same level of protection against damage that a hydraulic lift does.

Open Motorcycle Transport
If you select open transport, there is no covering that protects the motorcycle. Carriers typically use towed vehicles like a flatbed or a designated trailer for this type of transportation. Over long distances, the motorcycle is susceptible to the build-up of grime and dirt, and exposure to the sun, rain, and other elements.
eShip doesn’t recommend this method of motorcycle transport unless you want to haul your motorcycle over a short distance. The advantage of open motorcycle transport is cost-efficiency.
Expedited Motorcycle Transport
If your motorcycle delivery is time-sensitive, you can request an expedited transport service. An expedited motorcycle service is when the carrier delivers the vehicle faster than regular transit times.
When a client requests expedited motorcycle transportation, eShip assigns a carrier that transports the motorcycle directly from the pickup to the delivery locations. These routes have no touchpoints, and one vehicle operates the entire haul to eliminate unloading and loading times. For long-distance hauls, the carriers typically secure two drivers who work in shifts.

eShip Offers Unique Value
eShip is a leading provider of transport services in the United States. We are one of only a few companies in the industry that have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Consumer Affairs also accredited our company, and we have an overall satisfaction rating of more than 4.5 stars based on around 380 reviews.
eShip Platinum Protection Plan
eShip has a Platinum Protection Plan that is available to clients at no additional cost. This plan offers two features. First, the plan includes a Damage Free Guarantee. According to this guarantee, all the carriers we assign are fully insured. If the carrier is not insured, we promise to cover damages to a motorcycle in transit.
The Platinum Protection Plan also includes a rental reimbursement of up to $300 if your motorcycle delivery is more than 48 hours late. This reimbursement is not applicable if the late delivery is because of bad weather or a truck breakdown.
eShip is available to clients seven days a week. We also have an office in Coconut Creek, Florida, that is open to visitors. Because a delivery can take place at any time, eShip will also assign you a personal shipping agent.
This consultant will handle all your queries and provide you with all the information that you may need regarding the shipment. eShip will assign the agent to your file, and they will be available to you throughout the transportation process.
Safety and Reliability
All the carriers we use are fully insured and bonded. We will only secure your shipment with a carrier that has an excellent track record and that we know from experience is reliable. When you sign up for our services, you can have peace of mind that your motorcycle is in professional, experienced hands.
No Hidden Fees
Most motorcycle transport companies give potential clients quotes that are unrealistically low before even checking if there is a carrier available that can deliver in time. The result is often late shipments and additional fees that the client didn’t expect.
When you request a quote from eShip, however, we don’t charge you any fees until we secure a driver. Our rates are honest, and we will deliver your motorcycle on time.
